Window signs with changeable strips offer an easy, quick and low cost way to handle frequent copy changes.

ADA Signs
National Visual Systems offers signs to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
ADA signs are available in any size and in a choice of 12 standard colors. The signs are also offered with custom color background or graphics, aluminum or plastic frames in choice of finishes, border schemes, special shapes, logos, choice of backplates, windows for slide-in messages and choice of straight, bevelled or bullnose edges.

Standard features of NVS ADA signs include 1/32" raised text, pictograms and Grade 2 Braille. Logos and other decorative graphics may be sub-surface silkscreened to avoid scratches and chipping normally associated with other types of ADA signs that are surface silkscreened, such as those made with photopolymer material.

National Visual Systems can provide you with virtually any type of code sign you may need. Many of the code signs do not have color requirements and can therefore be made to coordinate with other signage and building interiors. Contact us to discuss your special requirements.

Restroom Signs
To comply with California Title 24 requirements, these signs are made of 1/4" acrylic. The "men/boys" sign is a 12" equilateral triangle; the "women/girls" signs is a 12" diameter circle. The "unisex" sign consists of the triangle and circle signs superimposed.

Emergency Evacuation Plan Signs
These signs indicate exit routes, fire alarm and extinguishers and emergency instructions for each floor of your building.

Stairwell Identification
Indicates stair number, floor number, floors of stairwell access and roof or no roof access. Standard size is 12" x 12".

100 Series
Non-Illuminated Building Directory, Changeable Letterboard & Cork Bulletin Board
This aesthetic, top of the line 100 Series directory is designed for interior or exterior use.

Standard Features Include:
Heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame in choice of four anodized finishes: Clear, Bronze, Gold and Black.
1/8" double strength tempered glass.
Surface or recess mounted.
Weatherized for exterior use.
Continuous piano hinged door with front tumbler lock and key.
Freestanding and custom options available.
Acrylic or Lexan may be substituted for glass.

Background Options:
1/2" h x 7-1/8" with acrylic name strips and a 4" header panel.

Contemporary Acrylic Directories

800 Series directories can be made to coordinate with and complement your other interior signage. They are ideal for lobby or floor directories.

Constructed of 1/8" acrylic changeable strips and header panel mounted to a 1/8" acrylic backplate.
Radius or square corners.
Straight, bevelled or bullnose edges.
Matte or polished finish.
Optional aluminum frame in clear Satin, Bronze, Black or Gold finish.
Available with or without 1/8" reveal between strips.
